Is the App no longer a thing because of the Mythras name change? I can't find it under either name.

Same here, app seems to have been removed from the app store
If I agreed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Update from the Developer...

A few last changes are being made to the app so that it works better on phone screens. It won't be too long - a few days - before it's available again, and I'll post a further update once I have more news.

But it hasn't vanished; it's simply being improved.

You may already be aware of this but the App is still not on the Google Play Store. Just wanted to post that in case you weren't aware.

The developer is a good friend of Pete and myself. He'll let me know when it's up.

Sadly not. We did have a proposal from an iPad developer, and drafted letters of authority so that the Apple App Store would accept his work, but heard nothing further from him, so we have to assume he lost interest in the project, or Apple rejected the app proposal, or he was eaten by monsters. Or Apple.
