How system neutral is Mythic Briton? Could the product easily be used with any rule set?

It's about 80% setting, background and scenarios, but all statistics and game mechanics are for Mythras. If you're prepared to do the conversion work to your favoured system then sure, it can be used with any ruleset.

I would say it's pretty easily converted to another system, mainly because it's very low magic. Basically you just need a form of animism/shamanism for the druidic magic (which is about conversing with spirits, so it's not comparable with D&D druids). (I warmly recommend having a druid in the PC group, but you could run the campaign also without one making it even more low-magic.) Apart from that you need the obvious combat rules and a system that encourages social interaction.

Apart from combat rolls (when it has happened, which has been quite rarely in our campaign) the most used skills have been influence, perception and insight.
