AiG striped of Glorantha?

AiG striped of Glorantha?

My friend has AiG, but I didn't get it. From what I've seen, it looks great.

Is there any chance that ti will be released without any Glorantha stuff associated so we can still get the rules? :)

While I initially thought, that this is a silly idea (there woudln't be much left of "Adventures in Glorantha" if you remove Glorantha). But could you actually do this Pete/Loz? Remove the introduction to the world of Glorantha and replace any Glorantha-specific terminology with generic fantasy names and release this as a set of optional rules?

No. It's neither easy to do nor something we're interested in doing. The whole point of AiG was to integrate the setting with the rules. A large part of the book is contextually, culturally or geographically specific, which makes it exceedingly difficult to either remove references, or reframe them in a more generic way.

We have other, more pressing projects we want to focus on. We won't be doing any further work on AiG.
