Then I saw the most awesome vid posted on Johnn Four's site. I mean, I'm talking light from heaven and angels singing awesome. This is brilliant, I thought. I work with office products all day long. Why the hell didn't I think of this before  ? Check it out:

This bad-boy is THE way to go when it comes to a GM Screen. Three panes for the players and tons for me! I made three indexes of all the charts in the Corebook and the GM pack: one in the order they are presented, one alphabetical and one by subject. It's all there at my fingertips: perfect for they way I want 'em and perfectly bad-assfully useful  .

Check out the vid...seriously.

Cheers,

Now I know what happened to Fingerbobs. Guy is a mad genius, great idea and demo.

A few months ago, I did a brief over-view of the Hammerdog fillable screens (both portrait and landscape) and the Savage Worlds screen. For those who want to make their own RQ screen, but cannot or do not want to build their own from parts, these may be an answer.

Comments on the video have indicated that durability is a problem with the joints between the panels, and that the vinyl pockets can be quite tight at first, then become looser over time. I do not use a screen often enough to have had either problem.

The link is here.

GM screen inserts, or cheat sheet - where is it?

Legend has it, nice and compact:

Comments welcome.

All offensive special effects on three pages - criticals and specials on first page

Choose Location here is critical only. On RAW it is always available

All defensive special effects on two pages - criticals and specials on first page
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0J20A ... sp=sharing

Healing and wounds cross reference sheet
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0J20A ... sp=sharing

Diminish effect on characteristics - maybe useful when using diminish/enhance spells by your sorcerers
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0J20A ... sp=sharing

These are good, but It would be better to have more compact version of these so they could be used as GM screen inserts.

I d/l hkokko's documents and opened 'em up in Acrobat Reader. Curious, I then opened my word processor (MSWord 2000) and began to cut, paste and transcribe. It only took a couple of hours, but it was relatively easy to reduce the font to Arial Narrow 9-10pt and compact the documents to four pages in both vertical and horizontal versions to accommodate both landscape or portrait oriented GM screens.

As a GM reference, they're fine, but as something a GM might also put on the outside (facing players) of the screen for players to reference, they're not very practical at the reduced font.

Should anyone want the reduced versions of hkokko's fine compilations, PM me and I'll send 'em as a .doc file.

Gloranthan and Eastern Weapons

Postby hkokko » Sun Dec 20, 2015 6:08 am

Here is an update to Gloranthan and Eastern Weapons charts for RQ6. It contains new formatting and some new weapons for Gloranthan (Lunar and Fonritian weapons).

RQ6 Charts and Tables

Here are some charts that I made that have been useful for my Rq6 campaign.

Added a small chart for combat flow and pointers to relevant rules sections based on great discussion in the design mechanism forums in here

The Combat Special Effects for Offensive combines all the special effects for the offensive one quick reference to see what you can do when hitting something.

The Combat Special Effects for Defensive does the same for defensive.

Healing and Wounds in RQ6 covers what happens to you when you get a wound and how to recover.

Diminish Effect On Characteristics has the goods on what can that pesky diminish spell do to you or your opponent.

Here is an update to Gloranthan and Eastern Weapons charts for RQ6 that has current understanding how lunar, dwarves, elves, dragonewts and easterners weapons work in RQ6.

Brief chart for shields, passive blocking from RQ6, AiG, Mythic Britain and Monster Island

Hkokko, thanks for all the work you do. It has made the RQ6 Pavis game I run so much easier borrowing some of your published content. The updated Gloranthan weapons chart you have is very similar to what I put together, although I have incorporated the MRQ2 STR/DEX requirements into my game.

By any chance have you created a General Goods list, similar to what is in AiG? I am in the process of doing that with the sample equipment given and expanding on it with appropriate items from Mongoose's Arms & Equipment book.

Cheers!

Thanks.

Regarding general goods list - no, I have not made one - and it is unlikely that I do one - time is limited and so far I have been able to survive by pushing the AiG in front of the players. Also there is not much on that list that you can purchase in Loral Jungles or even in the single small town there :-)
